Tom Hawthorn is a veteran freelance reporter who lives in Victoria, B.C. He has won 14 journalism awards and citations. He is currently at work on “A Greater Share of Honour: A Championship Football Team Goes to War.” The book is to be published by HarperCollins in 2007.

The sportswriting anthology “The Way It Looks from Here” is now available in paperback. Tom has two magazine features in the book.
